Miniature Machining

Our modern machining facility consists of a range of state-of-the-art Citizen CNC sliding head turning centres with multi-axis and miniature machining a speciality. Featuring driven tooling and simultaneous sub-spindle machining operation, close tolerances down to 5 microns are achievable.

We have the capacity to offer the micro machining of miniature components and parts from 0.5mm diameter. Our highly-skilled engineers have many years of experience in the machining of an array of very small and even miniature components such as those used in electrical connectors, scientific test equipment and dental implants.
